Stay A Way. If you don’t get an item they want you to take a picture of the item you didn’t get.
After buying multiple strap holders (one of the larger ones and 2x of the smaller ones) I received my package. Everything was in the package except an extra 12 watch plastic insert that cost an additional $20. I thought no big deal I'll reach out to customer service and get a new one. Not so fast or easy. After going back and forth with AI a handful of times (it didn't know what it was doing)...I did get a hold a live agent who promptly told me to take a picture of all the items I had received. But I had told them I had received everthing on the nearly $1000 order all in except a $20 plastic insert and how do I take a picture of something I didn't receive. They still insisted and I told them I wasn't going to waste my time proving a false negative (you can't do that). I have bought lot of things from these guys but this is a joke. Look else where if you don't want to deal with AI to start (that doesn't work) and then have an actual customer service rep that keeps asking you to take a picture of something you didn't receive.
