order canceled yet still payed

i tried to buy the demon slayer game yet they said the order was canceled and refunded after a2 and a half weeks i see that im being charged for this game at the same amount! my credit card company tell me that the payment went thru even tho i didnt get the product. i send a massage to them and still havent got an answer. really hope they will replay to me cause this is really frustrating.
