This app makes you pay to message sitters/pet owners
The app restricts your communication between clients/sitters, you can’t share your phone numbers. Which means, if your pets have special needs, you can’t have call to discuss that with your sitter. If you share your phone number, they will block your messages, and ask you to pay $70 to unblock. It seems the app is ran by very greedy and incompetent people. There are better apps out there that takes less percentage and facilitates better communication between sitters and pet owners. It’s infuriating to use this app.
