My credit card was charged $25 as a renewal without my permission. I just saw the charge dated 11/23/21on my statement today and they refuse to issue a refund saying it is a subscription. I explained that my husband has cancer and we can no longer use this. I consider this FRAUD to take your money in advance of a service that you no longer want!! The flight deals are not even good. I can always beats their offers. The help@nextvacay is not a working email. The Chat guy was really flip and condescending and treated this as a laughing matter which I do not appreciate. This tells a lot about this "company." This experience leaves me feeling that this is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
