We're sorry for the frustration this experience caused. Your concerns were escalated to our leadership team for review, and after taking a closer look at your account, we've issued a full refund of your August 2025 annual renewal charge. Your membership has also been canceled, and no further renewals will occur. We're also reviewing the renewal notification issue you raised to better understand why the reminder email did not reach you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it gives us an opportunity to review and improve our processes and member experience.

I’m really sorry for the frustration this situation has caused — it’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have with Next Vacay. To clarify, the only way an account can be created is by completing the registration process on our website. During sign-up, the 30-day free trial and the annual $25 USD membership fee are clearly outlined, and a checkbox is required to confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms. A Welcome Email is also sent after a successful registration, along with a follow-up FAQ email that includes more details about the service and billing. Your first annual membership charge is fully covered by our 6-month money-back guarantee, and subsequent renewals include a 14-day grace period. This information is always available in our Welcome Emails and on our website in the Terms of Service. We haven’t received any cancellation requests within those guarantee or grace periods, but please rest assured that your account has now been set to non-renew so you won’t receive any further charges.
