Eventually got my full refund
I did receive the full refund I was entitled to although the timeframe involved in completing all the steps was much greater than I was expecting. I wasn't aware of how many hoops I had to jump through to eventually get my refund for a travel accident I experienced. However AON makes it easy to upload the necessary documents and understandable as to exactly what is required to complete the process.
