This has been the worst courier service…
This has been the worst courier service I have ever come across. It is unbelievable... they keep telling me they will deliver my parcel and then I receive messages saying “ we made an attempt to deliver it but you weren’t there” I called three times to find out what was happening and in the beginning they had the wrong address (which was actually correct on my details so it was their fault) and then I call them they say they will deliver it and I ve been waiting while nobody rings the bell. I just received messages that they attempted to deliver it when they haven’t. Then I call to tell them that and the customer service tells me she will have the transportation calling me and they did of course . It’s been taking weeks to get just a KIKO package for gods sake and still haven’t got it. Then I try to change the delivery time and their website doesn’t work. How does KIKO work with them? That’s unbelievable .
