I have 3 Soundcore products now and have been very pleased with them all. I have had two versions of their sleep headphones, and a Bluetooth speaker. I had one issue that required customer support and withing hours they were sending me a replacement. It was extremely fast and efficient. I would but from them again in a heartbeat
