Terrible customer support
I ordered one of their printers along with a multiple sets of rolls, after many weeks of waiting I received a lower quality printer and no rolls. It has been weeks and I still didn't receive the correct order. Their customer support is terrible and at this point I am even wondering if this company is scamming people.
