Booking issue sorted out 👍
In the process of making the booking the room we selected had sold out and so the Hotel did not confirm. Naomi Green from Morerooms was very helpful on the phone. She phoned the Hotel and organised another room with them so that we could complete our holiday. Very thankful to Naomi and the care that she showed us to sort out our issue. Thank you Naomi 👍
