Highly Recommended for Placement Assistance
We used CarePatrol to help with post-rehab placement for my 100 y/o mother who could not return to her previous living situation. I had used them in a different State to assist with placement of a dementia patient and was quite familiar with their level of service and very pleased with that outcome. The advisors in the Greater Milwaukee office were excellent! They provided information on assisted living facilities that they had personally vetted and accompanied me on all the facility visits. Afterwards they helped me review each and make an informed decision as to the best place for Mom. Even after Mom moved in, they were available for guidance with questions on service. They promptly returned calls/messages, even after hours, which was gratefully appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone faced with placing a loved one in a care facility. It's almost impossible to navigate the system on your own, even if you have some experience with it.
