Bad Customer Service
I received my order which I was pleased about until I opened it and found that there was one Diamond painting missing. I looked at my order online and it stated that this particular missing diamond painting was still awaiting shipment. I emailed the seller and they stated that all items had been shipped please check the parcel. I emailed the seller again and stated that they clearly had not all been shipped. I have sent another email with a photograph attached showing that all items had not been shipped. I then received another email asking me to photograph each item showing the SKU. I have found this whole experience exhausting and stressful. All this for $6.99. Also this was the first time ordering from this seller, totally not worth the trouble of buying from them. DO not like the way they have treated me. They have made me feel like this is my fault but clearly it is theirs. I think that they have the worst customer service that I have ever received. DO NOT buy from them they will not help you if something goes wrong. Tried to claim my money back from Paypal and they will not help either. Want me to file a complaint through the Police in NZ stating that the item was not received even though this item was not sent from this horrible company. Please do not trust them they will NOT help you if something goes wrong.
