Appalling Customer Service
Saw online a bracelet with a beautiful message card included. Received bracelet and personalised card for Daughter. Daughter spelt Daudaughter!! Emailed for a new card to be sent as incorrect spelling.. got offered 15% refund then a further email of 20% refund & told to write my own message on a card or paper!!! That’s their customer service !!!
