Replacement Parts take forever. Our Litter Robot 4 has a massive whole in the rubber globe section, causing smells to escape after a year. We ordered and paid for replacement parts, also ordered a privacy hood. This was ordered on the 3rd of April and now the 23rd and it still being Processed!!! Contact Customer support and they keep saying between 7 - 14 business days to ship. In 2026! Can get faster things from Temu coming from China!
