I didn't even sign up because of terrible , RUDE customer service . I had to call because the pages were locked in to payment only trying to force me to pay over $440 for a 1 yr membership that I couldn't even get a description of those services. The first customer service rep was so rude and condescending and obviously working out of her house with pets barking and making noise doing something in the background where she was at instead of being at least somewhat quiet so I could hear her better. I had to hang up on her she was so rude, I called back Tuesday at 3:30 pm eastern afternoon and when I selected a number to speak with that department I got a recording saying offices are closed call back during normal business hours . They are open until 7 pm supposedly . I'm glad these things happened before I even paid. The terrible reviews are there for a reason definitely.
