I would give zero if I could
Update: Feb 6th and I’ve had email notifying me that my refund is on the way! I would give zero if I could, I too thought I was buying from Debenhams! I ordered twice in error for the same thing, contacted them immediately to cancel one, they said they couldn’t cancel order but I could return once it arrived, well I have been trying since 17th Dec and I’m going round in circles
