I used their service to send an important documents
I used their service to send an official document from Dubai to Sharjah, They promised to deliver it the next day however while I was tracking the shipment on their website it showed "No Information" I contacted their customer service 4 times with no proper action. Eventually they asked me to go to their warehouse to pickup the parcel. The customer service refused to transfer my call to their supervisor and kept saying we will ask him to contact you! I'm very disappointed from their service and I'm not recommending them to anyone. Also they didn't provide receipt for the amount I have paid. Worst worst worst company ever !!!
