Not even sent out yet
I don't know why they have sent me two emails asking for a review when they haven't even sent my package out yet. I ordered on the 10th, which is a little late but they said 7-10 days so I was hopeful. I'm not mad it is not here by Christmas. I totally understand with the season and current state the world is in. I'm not even that mad that it hadn't even been sent out yet, but you asked for a review twice and I haven't even seen the product yet. So my only experience is that I ordered a package and it's been 16 days and has not been processed yet. I was at least hoping I got them by new year so my dad could use his new waterproof slippers when we go up to the mountains. I definitely don't see that happening.
