Best customer service and amazing products
I have placed a handful of orders with Divvyup over the years and this year I had placed an order for a few pairs of socks for Christmas presents. Usually their shipping is pretty spot on and I found it strange they were later than expected. I reached out to their support team and received a response almost instantly that the carrier had issues but they weren’t going to make their customers wait if they had Christmas gifts that would be late. Without hesitation, they made new pairs and overnighted the package so I would have it on time for my family presents. It is rare these days to get this type of customer service!!
