Fake Policies
I ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses. 1 pair worked PHENOMENALLY while the other pair did not. After DAYS of reaching out to their customer service department to request a return/refund (with no response), I made a negative review explaining the situation. After this negative review, the company quickly reached out. I was told that I had to take down my negative review before they would refund my money. They stated it was "one of their policies". When I inquired about where it said that, they pointed to multiple different sections of their terms and agreements. When I asked for a specific section or line they were getting this "policy" from, they could not produce this information. I agreed to take down the previous negative review when my refund was finalized and they agreed. The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because, I really like 1 of the 2 I ordered and because they gave me a refund without me having to go through the hassle of returning the item. I will not be ordering from this company again.
