Great product, disappointing customer service
Great product, disappointing customer service. I ordered 2 tins on Black Friday. I received these tins on 12/9/21. The package was damaged and one of the tins inside was broken/split open. I called customer service that day and was told a replacement would be sent & I would receive an email within a few days. After not receiving an email, I called them again 1 week later on 12/16/21. I was told they were busy (understandable) but my information would be forwarded to the correct team and I'd receive an email or call within a few days. On 12/23/21, a week later, I still didn't receive any email or call. So I decided to send an email to them instead, since calling clearly isn't working. That email was sent on 12/23/21 and I've yet to hear back. It's been over 3 weeks since I received a partial damaged order & I've yet to get a replacement or substitute or even hear back from customer service. First time ordering here and pretty disappointed.
