I rarely write reviews of company's as most are fruitless.. But I will also write about this one. I finally got my website up on Shinjiru, as always there are always issues when just starting.. I had a few instances in last 2 weeks when my webmaster, uploaded my site to go live. A few issues occurred as we proceeded. I contacted the support group via Skype as not expecting much, from dealing with so many other company's, this was a surprise.. and a good one. They answered in a very reasonable amount of time, just a few minutes.. Showed then the issues (3 of them throughout the week) and every time they fixed, and explained to me what I need to do, or they just fixed the issues for me and then explained what happened and the fix when I asked them to. i have had 3 business websites in the past.. 3 on different services and i was not to impressed by the others.. I bit the bullet and signed up with Shinjiru, and to tell you the truth, I am happy I did.. As I was looking for a offshore NON DMCA hosting.. i am not sure just how that part will be as of yet, shall see in the near future I am sure... so can't comment on that yet... But, their overall sales department, while I was signing up, and the follow up support has been quite amazing over all.. I did have an issue with the support once.. in the evening, as they did not respond well nor did they try to help with an issue i had that to me was urgent.. as their support on Skype ends at 7pm local time here. So I can tell you as with all company's it will be hit and miss with caring support people.. That was the only 1 issue of concern I had.. But before and every contact I had since.. Has been more than I can ask.. I will can not give a 5 due to that 1 instance, and the fact that I have yet to see their DMCA Ignore promise work yet.. I will update this review after that. But can can honestly say that they (Singapore) division has been outstanding in virtually every way so far. i don't think you would be disappointed with their hosting. Give them a serious look and thought for sure.
