Great customer service experience
Unfortunately my partner and I were not able to attend our show due to train cancellations and we hadn’t purchased ticket protection. I messaged the online chat service about my issue, it was out of hours when I messaged but as soon as their ticket concierge opened I received an email from Marika who refunded us the ticket total as TodayTix credit for the inconvenience as a one off. Very grateful and delighted by the customer service and definitely will be buying ticket protection with our next show! Thankyou!!
