If I could give these 0 stars it would be to many, ripped off of £1153. Item ordered in November 21. Now February still not got, these guys don’t give a crap, hide behind excuses. Basically no house number on parcel, so went to collect from yodel, couldn’t find parcel due to Xmas back log. Back multiple times to yodel,no show but I got free cable that obd shop sent out by Royal Mail, which had full address on?? Elysa contacted 90+ times same thing go down to yodel it there, Waited 3 weeks opened case with PayPal these won’t help either, as Elysa give them tracking number of free lead that was delivered, even though shipping info on obd site for £1153 unit has different tracking number , and obd shopuk tracking link stating it been returned back to Uk distribution company, Don’t trust because if something goes wrong it’s always somebody else’s fault, and they have all excuses under sun, still no £1153 or diagnostic unit and it’s February 😔 Like to see them reply to this, if only it had uploads so I could put all the proof on, it’s not all their fault but keeping my money when item is signed for back at their Uk warehouse, but excuse is “it hasn’t arrived back at warehouse , we keep asking”, yeah right Elysa someone isn’t telling the truth, you,Uk distribution centre or yodel, but doesn’t help me, if your buying use your credit card m, as PayPal don’t care either
