I have a good experience, they delivered the OT16 bike quickly. The bike seems to be of good quality, I did a few test rides with it, it is enjoyable.

Customer service is bad
Customer service is bad. Zero, poor as if it didn't exist. I asked them about it on chat, days later they replied in half sentences and not to the question. As if they didn't understand what I wrote, as if they were completely stupid. Edit: Here is the answer to 27.01.2024: Good morning, did you just wake up? Have you replaced the useless customer service with a normal one? You have betrayed my trust a little, I have no desire to buy anything from you.
