I bought an OT16, but it arrived defective. After days of back-and-forth with customer support, they refused to take responsibility and blamed me for the defect. Even after attempting to negotiate a return, they refused to accept it. Terrible customer service. Now I’m stuck paying for a brand-new bike that I can’t even assemble or use. Avoid this brand.
I bought the OT07 from the OneSport Global website in March 2026 (order #OS6610).
I use it daily for my work-to-home commute. It is of very good quality, and the customer service is responsive when needed. The battery holds a good charge, and the bike is usable for sport riding without assistance.
I recommend this bike and onesport in general.
Shipping and delivery were bang on time. Very easy to assemble and very comfortable to ride. Got this bike for my partner and she loves it. Unfortunately after a few weeks the battery wouldn't turn on. I contacted customer service and they gave me some simple steps to follow but alas no joy. They have been very easy to deal with and are sending me a new battery. I can't fault their customer service and prompt replies.
I bought the Onesport OT05 City about 2 weeks ago. Took the time to fix (installation paste, ...), install and verify the bike completely before using. After about 300 km, bike is very comfortable and seems good value for money. Just need to realize that, with internet bike, it is important to take the time for correct installation, and not to do just install in 15 min. Verify all important screws after about 10 days.
Update 12/10/2026 About 1100 km on 40 days, still entirely satisfied. Just did full maintenance. Great bike for this money

I had an issue with the battery key/lock, but the customer service team communicated well, sent the replacement part, and reimbursed my repair cost. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the bike and the after-sales service. I would recommend Onesport.
Very kind and solid customer service! I had to replace pièces they sent me for free. And the bike itself (OT 16-2) is perfect to have a ride …. Where ever you want ; I did the Mont-ventoux… and also a 25 ride along the atlantic shore !! ONE WORD

Although the bike arrived scratched, they did returned fair compensation for this problem.
The main reason for the bad review is the lack of serial number, which I needed for my countries financial help for this purchase.
DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED A SERIAL NUMBER!

SCAM WEBSHOP WITH BROKEN INTERFACE & USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This shop uses a broken and misleading website layout to trick customers. When you select different item numbers (SKUs), the product photo DOES NOT change, and they provide absolutely no technical dimensions or measurements. As a result, you will receive a completely wrong and useless item.When I contacted their customer service (OneSport Team) to get a prepaid return label because of THEIR website’s fault, they completely ignored my arguments. A support agent named Kerry just kept copy-pasting the same automated generic return policy templates three times in a row, refusing to take any responsibility.They thought they could wear me down and steal my money, but they failed miserably. I contacted my bank (ING) and initiated a formal chargeback procedure for fraud and misleading interface. The bank reviewed my screenshots and evidence, immediately sided with me, and FORCED a full refund. OneSport not only lost the money but also got penalized with bank fines for their terrible practices.Save your time, your nerves, and your money. Avoid OneSport at all costs. They are incompetent, their website is a trap, and their customer service is a joke!

We are sorry, but according to our communication, your bicycle is not our brand product. You are also aware of this issue. It is related to the purchase of keys and locks, therefore the keys and locks are not compatible. This is not an issue of our brand.
When the issue was first reported, our staff already agreed to accept the return. Could you please confirm if there are any other issues?
No issue with the bike however their accessories such like the tail bag is crap (quality close to zero)!
I used the zip 3 times on a month and then it scratched... Didn't had the time to complain and once I noticed the Customer service they answered that it was too late. This was my fault however they admit that a product review was completed and as a commercial gesture they will send me the new version free of charge.
So, hope that my survey will help you to trust their Client minded attitude and related customer services.
Fast delivery to Sweden, well packed and I have riding the bike for a month now almost 200km so far. It is a beautiful bike and very confortable. I think it is a good deal for what you get and for what you pay for. It is not a premium bike but definetly looks like premium! One thing that I miss in it is to show in the display how much range is left in the battery, it shows the battery level but in a 5 bars format, but no information in how much km left. That is the only negative in my point of view, but minor, considering the range is quite good.
Scammers, unprofessional and illegal. They immediately tell the customer that its their own fault and that they have to diagnose it themselves and repair it themselves. This is just ridiculous

I purchased their OT16-2 electric bike through the Geekmaxi website. I received the bike with a defective battery on April 24, 2026, and I still haven’t received a replacement battery. In short, I do not recommend buying from them because their after-sales support is non-existent.
Update:
Until the battery in shipment CE062277417DE is actually delivered, I cannot trust these statements.
I will wait until Friday, 5 June 2026. If I do not receive the replacement battery by then, I will take further action in accordance with my legal rights.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Due to recent delivery issues from the battery manufacturer, battery shipments were delayed. However, the problem has now been resolved, and OT16-2 batteries can be shipped normally. Please rest assured.
