OT16 - received defective
I bought an OT16, but it arrived defective. After days of back-and-forth with customer support, they refused to take responsibility and blamed me for the defect. Even after attempting to negotiate a return, they refused to accept it. Terrible customer service. Now I’m stuck paying for a brand-new bike that I can’t even assemble or use. Avoid this brand.
