I would like to offer a glowing review of the customer service and the products ofoffrerd by ONESPORT. Everything was just PERFECT! Laura from the Customer service desk is EXcellent. She guided me all the way from moment ONE of my purchase planning to the final moment of my package arrival The site is very good and informative and interractive. The bike arrived exactly as promised. on time and in a very good packaging. ESPECIALLY MENTION the 50 euro discount coupon/ All the component s fit exactly, no bends or twisted parts. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this store. I had the best customer experience/ I was rather nervous before ordering the bike. Now everything just clicked into place in a very pleasant manner. Very bad and poor service

Very bad and poor service, i ordered OT05 in germany berlin through mediamarkt and received defective gear , controller , and meter , even back seat is small unable to fix, Chinese brand and they are unable to find spare spare parts, even german famous seller mediamarkt are not willing to help they don't speak english and helpless, don't ever order Chinese brand and dont wver use mediamarkt in germany berlin

I purchased a onesport ot16-2 in…

I purchased a onesport ot16-2 in October 2024, when the bike works it's ok but mine keeps going wrong, I've had to pay to get things put right which were clearly manufacturing faults , After sales are useless. They basically say please send photos or videos and thats it .I would suggest going with a more well known company as this bike is very unreliable.. this is only my experience.

My wife likes it

I ordered a second off-white bike for my wife and she is very happy with it, it was delivered within a week, the bike was easy to assemble and small, my wife can also handle it easily. Had a little problem during use, but it was quickly solved by the Onesport team. Second time I say well done and thank the Onesport team, a serious company.

Looks great and easy to maintain.

The blue-gray color of the OT05 bike is unique,and I love how sleek it looks. Another thing I really like is the integrated battery design. It's so practical because I don't have to worry about the battery getting wet when I'm riding in the rain. The bike is also super easy to maintain. Just a quick wipe with a rag, and it's good as new. Honestly, it's such a convenient and stylish choice. I'm really happy with it!

Good shopping experience

Their customer service is excellent. When I opened the package, I noticed two pedals were missing. I contacted them, and they responded quickly. They sent the missing parts right away, and I received them soon after. I've been using the bike for commuting for about two weeks now, and everything is working fine. It lasts around 70 kilometers on a single charge, which is great. The bike is also very affordable. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this shop to my friends who are into cycling.

In genereral a quite decent bike

In genereral a quite decent bike. Same as multiple other reviews, the product came with some damaged parts, however after contacting the support team, they promptly came up with a fair solution sending some replacement parts as well as providing a fair/partial reimbursment. Four stars is good enough for the whole experience, I would prefer to get the bike in perfect conditions at first.
