Their customer service is excellent. When I opened the package, I noticed two pedals were missing. I contacted them, and they responded quickly. They sent the missing parts right away, and I received them soon after. I've been using the bike for commuting for about two weeks now, and everything is working fine. It lasts around 70 kilometers on a single charge, which is great. The bike is also very affordable. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this shop to my friends who are into cycling.
