I would like to offer a glowing review of the customer service and the products ofoffrerd by ONESPORT. Everything was just PERFECT! Laura from the Customer service desk is EXcellent. She guided me all the way from moment ONE of my purchase planning to the final moment of my package arrival The site is very good and informative and interractive. The bike arrived exactly as promised. on time and in a very good packaging. ESPECIALLY MENTION the 50 euro discount coupon/ All the component s fit exactly, no bends or twisted parts. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this store. I had the best customer experience/ I was rather nervous before ordering the bike. Now everything just clicked into place in a very pleasant manner. VERY GOOD JOB GUYS . Nikolai, a OT16-2 customer from SPAIN
