Positive Customer focus at Onesport
No issue with the bike however their accessories such like the tail bag is crap (quality close to zero)! I used the zip 3 times on a month and then it scratched... Didn't had the time to complain and once I noticed the Customer service they answered that it was too late. This was my fault however they admit that a product review was completed and as a commercial gesture they will send me the new version free of charge. So, hope that my survey will help you to trust their Client minded attitude and related customer services.
