I did not receive the order - Bad Customer Service
I did not receive the order, even though it is marked as delivered. I emailed, had not response back. Tried calling no answer or it rang off. The did get in touch and apologies, after my colleague managed to get in touch with them and they did offer a full refund, but I had to keep on chasing. It is a shame as the product was good. Maybe the problem is the courier service used for the delivery.
