CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST. I had a massive leak issue with one of their tanks. I just went and bought myself another one not really caring about the warranty. But after the problem was on the second bought item from them, I contacted customer support. They requested I take photos of the problem, and the scratch off number located on the back of the product box and pictures/video of the problem. I did that. Then they switch customer reps and say they don't know about it and ask to repeat the process. Now five different reps, and over 40 emails and they play the same game. I'm not even kidding at how bad they are, they honestly don't care one tiny bit about you and would rather send you in a customer service loop that is OBVIOUSLY meant to prevent you from getting any warranty replacement, or making the process so convoluted and repetitive that you just stop asking altogether. I would NOT purchase any thing else from here, nor would I recommend buying their products. If it were up to me, I would make them be held accountable and serve a massive fine and penalty, but it's not against the law to deceive people. Don't buy anything from them is all I can tell you. Remember, you were warned.
