One driver accepted our request…
One driver accepted our request initially but cancelled almost immediately. Then, this one accepted the same request from us but he just stayed at one point without moving. The picture for the profile shows of an Indian man with all the religious markings on his forehead. I tried to call him about 5 times but he didn’t bother to answer my call. We waited close to 10 minutes and just watched him being idle at one spot. We suspect that Grab drivers are behaving this way due to the fluctuating fees. I made this booking for my husband and he was catching a flight. Shame on the driver for behaving like this and bigger shame on Grab for allowing them to play this game.
