I love most of the frames I got
I love most of the frames I got. However the prescription was totally wrong. I called to fix the problem and they would only replace one pair of glasses out of 3. When I received the pair of new glasses the prescription was wrong again. The customer service was also terrible and almost seemed like a scam. They kept arguing and talking in circles. I thought I was going to have to report them. I probably still should seeing as they messed up 3 frames and then only offered to resend one. And only after many many infuriating emails demanding they fix the situation and customer service pretending that they don't understand.
