Please do not order from this company, I will be contacting Trading standards due to false advertising as the website states Uk in the address but they are based in Hong Kong. I ordered 2 dresses one has been dispatched the other was being processed which gave me the option to cancel, they have paused the order but will not give me a full refund, they stated it was custom measured, well no if it was custom ordered exact measurements would be given, I just selected the available size. Also if sizes are not available it states out of stock with a cross over the size therefore you do not provide custom ordering. The second dress has not been dispatched and I cannot get a full refund. Imagine cancelling an order, the company has put it on hold, refuses to give a full refund as well as only half the cost of shipping - an item that hasn’t even been shipped. Please please please do not order from this company it is unethical. Edit: This company agreed to a refund 7 days ago, I will keep updates so everyone is aware how long a refund takes. Please bare in mind the dress never left their warehouse.
