Pretty cool device but app is not great
Pretty cool device. The app malfunctions a lot and when you click to confirm activity or sleep it just won't do it the first few times or sometimes at all. Sometimes it won't load your activity at all. They also signed me up for the annual plan when I only agreed to the monthly plan.

Didn't refund me after return
I purchased a rug from there and it looked different from the photos. I asked for a return label and they gave me the run around but finally gave it to me. Then they didn't refund me for the rug after I sent it back.

Cheap and base material bunches a lot…
Cheap and base material bunches a lot and it's kind of hard. Definitely not comfortable as advertised.
