Food never delivers
Hello, thank you for your wonderful service. We flew home late yesterday on a delayed flight, and this was exactly what we needed: to wait several hours for our food, not receive it, and go to bed without dinner. In the 10 years I’ve been using delivery services, this is the first time a delivery hasn’t been made at all - and instead of customer support, there’s just a useless AI bot, and it’s impossible to contact the courier. The order itself stayed all night with the status “Courier is on the way to pick up your order,” which is of no interest to anyone, and any chat with customer support is impossible - a bot responds to everything and asks you to wait for delivery. Guys, it doesn’t get any worse than this: no food, no money back, no support at all. They should rename their app to “Maybe food”
