I have nothing but praise for the Voicemap team. The initial tour creation was done with many tips and suggestions from the wonderful editor, Alicia. Gary had a bit of work on his hands getting my voice sounding nice and clear too. Since the setup, I have had to make amendments for reasons such as road closures, new venues, etc and on each occasion they are so quick to update the tour. My customers are always happy with the tech, and i myself think it's a user friendly app for customers and a fabulous idea.
