I bought four tours of Birmingham catacombs. It was mostly good although the last part was a bit confusing. One of our our group couldn’t play the tour on his phone. The company refuse to help me with this- very poor customer service.
I have sent the email address to Philippa on July 19th and followed it up on 22nd but she has not responded. I have sent the email again today as you say the case is still open as I have not responded 🤷♀️

Thanks for the feedback on the Birmingham Catacombs tour Sarah. I've passed it to our editorial team and they'll see if they can work with the tour's publisher to identify why it was confusing and make it easier to follow.
On the problem experienced by one member of your group, we replied to your email 17 minutes after it came in asking for the details of the person who couldn't play it. We need those to locate the account. We didn't ever hear back, so this is still open on our side. There's never been any kind of refusal from us.

Excellent editorial support for my first VoiceMap tour
Stephan Delport was my editor on my first VoiceMap tour, and working with him was a genuinely good experience. He was responsive, patient and practical from start to finish. His feedback improved the route, navigation and final presentation while leaving room for the project’s own voice and slightly unusual narrator. He also handled last-minute adjustments calmly and kept the process moving toward publication. I felt supported rather than processed, and I’d be very happy to work with him again.
I tried to download a voicemap guide for Trondheim but did so at the last minute and did not manage to make it work before leaving. The support via email gave me a bonus to use for another guide. Stephan has been particularly helpful in helping me out. Very good assistance overall, prompt and clear replies. The guide was well written and interesting, I will use voicemap again.
