I placed an order with this company three days ago and was disappointed to find no option to cancel the purchase if needed. I attempted to reach out for assistance, but the only provided contact number is through WhatsApp, which raises concerns. It has now been four days, and I have yet to receive any response to my emails or any update regarding the shipping status of my order. Additionally, the live chat feature continues to generate the same automated message without providing any meaningful assistance. This lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. I am now questioning the legitimacy of the business, as there is no clear support available for customers. I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau.
