Grab Kuala Lumpur… so unreliable
Grab Malaysia.Disregard the experience date of this coplaint as it os regular and ongoing. Too often after you have waited 10-15 minutes the driver just cacels without reason. Too often the driver accepts whilst on another drop with some way to go leaving you waiting for an extre 15-20 minutes. Shame because the booking is easy and price good when it works.., but so unreliable and such a potential time waster.
