Outstanding Service — Truly a Lifesaver for Pet Travel!
Outstanding Service — Truly a Lifesaver for Pet Travel! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Chewy Travel Team, and especially Lauren, who has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. Traveling internationally with a pet is no small feat — the paperwork, the requirements, the deadlines — it can feel completely overwhelming. But from the very first interaction, Lauren made me feel like I was in the best possible hands. She worked incredibly hard to gather every single document and piece of information I needed to travel overseas with my dog. On top of that, she even took the time to book appointments for me, going above and beyond in every way. Nothing was too much to ask — she tracked down requirements, answered every single one of my questions with patience and care, and made sure everything was in perfect order. What truly sets Lauren and the Chewy Travel Team apart is their responsiveness — I always received a prompt reply, which gave me such peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful experience. But beyond the efficiency, what moved me most was how genuinely they care about animals. You can feel it in every interaction. This isn't just a job to them — they truly love what they do and who they do it for (our furry family members!). If you're planning to travel abroad with your pet, look no further. Ask for Lauren/Chewy Travel team — she is knowledgeable, compassionate, fast, and thorough. She turned a daunting process into a smooth, manageable experience. Highly, highly recommend. 5 stars without hesitation! 🐾
