Dashboard Login Issues, WIFI, Ethernet
I had an issue with logging into the dashboard. Jamie responded quickly through their discord Ticket service. Jaime quickly listened checked out information to make sure my setup was correct and all the information was on the up and up. He then asked me to detail the sets I took and the issue. He quickly walked me through some basic easy to follow guides step by step. Simple easy, ran into a small hiccup. He corrected it. Power off... power on. Connected. He stayed until I was 100% satisfied. Excellent customer support and willing to help again if needed. I highly recommend.
