Customer service is rude
Customer service is rude. Spoke to a Ari and she didn't care how I felt. Order shipped November 26th, its December 6th and I still have not got my order. Hate usps to, they always are late and delay orders and don't care either. Sick of ignorant crappy customer service from companies. People need to do better and be held accountable.
Won't be buying from the website again.

They have super cute cases but wish they were fingerprint and scratch proof. Every case I've gotten already had fingerprints/some scratches on it.
I haven't purchased from them much, I just got 2 new cases and again they're cute but didn't like the scratches or fingerprints all over. Hope they're durable too. We will see.
