Prices go up for existing customers
When you first sign up, they lure you with much lower prices. They even send emails with low prices for renewal, but when you pay your account and don't pay attention prices go up considerably. No cooling off period, no help. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. Re: your reply - I have been in contact with you via chat and email. I wrote several times and the last reply I received was "that's marketing".
