The 10 kW PowMR Relab 10kW low-fequency solar inverter was delivered slightly dented and lightly scratched, it never reached the stated MPPT performance, MPPT charge controllers degraded and overheated slightly, then the whole inverter output died completely within 15 months of light usage! Completely unacceptable from beginning to short end. I tried contacting them every day for a week on Lazada/AliExpress but they just said that they were busy so they never provided repair information. I bought two standalone charge controllers from powmr and they also blew up and died within 6-months. Terrible unreliable and unrepairable so unacceptable! I was forced by trustpilot to provide all my personal data or my review would be removed then powMr went to lazada.com and removed all my communications history - unbelievable hiding all records ! Why do they not just sell reliable goods or offer support when they fail ?
