I ordered 3 dresses for a black tie…
Following my review below- after several emails and this negative review, I did receive a full refund I ordered 3 dresses for a black tie ball at a cost of £383.00. They emailed me to say they could only make one dress up as it costs too much for them to make all 3. I complained and said there was nothing on their website to state this when you purchase a standard sized dress. I tried to cancel my order but it doesn’t let you on their website. I repeatedly requested a refund for my £383.00 and they just try and fob me off with excuses, trying to make me buy one dress. This is an awful company that is causing me huge amounts of stress as I have parted with so much money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have lawyer friends in Hong Kong that I will be asking to look in to this company as it is shocking that they can treat customers like this. Their website needs to be taken down
