It arrived broken . I returned it immediately using DHL at Honors request. It arrived almost a month ago. Since then I have messaged them so many times regarding my £699.00 refund & all I get are automated responses which are not even relevant to the question. I eventually did call them and was told when I complained. And I quote. " well we've got your money and our phone. Good luck getting a refund English pig. We're in China. nothing uk can do. " I urge you not to buy from honor directly or you will almost certainly have the same horrific experience i did. Please be warned.
