THE worst security co I have ever dealt with in my 67years of life. In San Antonio started from day 1 & the idiot hooked up 2 of my cameras into an outlet that had no electricity & ADT is telling me that’s not their responsibility to check outlets but Really later employees told me that was an intentional installer act cause he knew (with 18 years with ADT) the cameras wud work for 1-2 months fine with built in power pack. Then when I called in cameras problem a different group of maintenance trouble shooters are called to deal with the cameras! I actually gave this 1st installer a $50 tip too! Things went downhill from there. I discontinued service in March 2026 & am now filing lawsuit for a $400 refund I have been promised since May it’s now almost Aug! This company suks SO bad & expect phones calls that last 1-2 hours I am not kidding! I have contacted the special email suggested & Terrence with the President’s office is telling me the refund was processed yesterday 7/24/26 & shud b credited on my CC in 3-5 biz days. Keeping my fingers crossed to avoid filing a dumb $417 refund lawsuit with $200 court & postage costs! But I will file it if I have to!
